📦 Processing & Shipping

How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Most orders ship within a few days to a week, but some custom pieces may take longer. Please check the estimated processing time on each listing. If you need something by a specific date, feel free to message me before ordering, and I’ll do my best to accommodate!

What shipping carrier do you use?
I primarily ship through USPS, and all orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

Do you offer rush orders?
If you’re in a hurry, send me a message before placing your order! I’ll do my best to accommodate rush requests when possible.

🎨 Custom & Personalized Orders

Can I request a custom design or color?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces that fit your style. If you’d like a different color, size, or design, just send me a message, and we’ll work together to make it perfect for you.

Will I see a proof before my custom order is made?
For fully personalized designs, I can provide a digital proof upon request. Please note that requesting a proof may add extra processing time.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is handmade and often personalized, I typically do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out—I want you to love your purchase!

What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, please message me within one week of receiving it. Be sure to include:
✅ A photo of the damaged item
✅ A photo of the packaging
I’ll work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible!
